For this residential project in Saudi Arabia, we redefined luxury through the lens of “Modern Najdi Minimalism.” The architecture balances expansive glass volumes with solid, textured limestone to manage the desert climate while maintaining a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
The interior is a study in quiet luxury, featuring a curated palette of bone-white plaster, warm oak, and integrated biophilic courtyards. By utilizing rhythmic architectural fins and deep overhangs, we choreographed a play of natural light and shadow that evolves throughout the day, creating a sanctuary that feels both monumental and intimately connected to its landscape.
